Knowledge of Peb structural erection & detailing of general assembly (erection) drawings, shop drawings & bill of
materials (BOM) for built-up or hot-rolled pre-engineered steel buildings & structural steel buildings like flat roof,
transition, high rise, skewed, multi-gable, lean-to, valley, curved, aircraft hangers clear span, multi gable span,
mono slope, roof system, truss, oval shape, bridges, car parks &cut out buildings, etc.
Constantly monitor existing processes and continually drive Improvement Projects.
Co-ordinates with project people, production foreman, purchase and stores team & arrange the materials in time.
Peb structural steel accessories like main frames, multi gable-mezzanines, platforms, crane and cane towers, cat
walkways, ladders, staircases, partitions, ceilings, doors, windows, personal doors, roof monitors, roof curbs, ridge
ventilators, framed openings, louvers, liners expansion joint, jack beams, handrails, pipe flashings, haunch
connections, insulations & all type of claddings etc.
Preparing of General Assembly drawings, and Detail drawing for the projects, and Project Planning and Discussion.
Good working knowledge of manufacturing processes such as injection molding, vacuum forming, CNC, milling,
welding, laser and plasma cutting
Planning, monitoring the project, dealing with client for specifications, drawings etc, understand the contract,
scope, billing.
Strong Mechanical and Structural background.
Prepares MTO and BOQ.
Good knowledge in fabrication of sheds, tanks, ladders, cones, platforms, handrails and other steel fabrication jobs.
Knowledge of hot dip galvanize, blasting and industrial painting & welding specifications
Coordinate the site activities and communicate with sub-contractors, project management, and procurement &
purchasing.
Project planning and work chart preparation along with Client & keep liaison with clients and subcontractor.
Detailing the steel structures of the PEB as per the need of customer requirement based on design details.
