- Creation and implementation of Brand strategy, including the setting of brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term
- Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding
- Managing the budget for advertising, promotional items and media placement
- Competitor and customer insights analysis
- Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer and competitor trends, as well as trying to predict future trends
- Analysing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports
- Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding
- Supporting in managing a company’s brand reputation
- Ensuring brand consistency
- Identifying brand building areas
- Assisting with content management, and creating visual brand strategies
- Work with internal customers to discuss topics such as contracts, selection of advertising media, or products to be advertised
- Gather and organize information to plan advertising campaigns
- Plan the advertising, including which media to advertise in, such as radio, television, print, online, and billboards
- Negotiate advertising contracts
- Inspect layouts, which are sketches or plans for an advertisement

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or Marketing, or Corporate Communications, or Business Management, or Public Relations, or Design
- Creative, self-motivated, proactive
- Marketing and communication expertise
- Business acumen
- Computer competencies
- Advertising skills
- Experience on working with creative agencies
- Minimum 2 years work experience on a marketing or agency team or in a brand strategy role
- Fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian or English
