Duties and responsibilities:
- Local market brands performance strategy development;
- Communication with the target audience - physicians and cosmetologists;
- Marketing activities planning and control of the implementation to build brand awareness and ensure the demand for goods;
- Market analysis: competitors’ assortment and marketing activities studies, evaluation of demand for competitive goods, understanding of competitors strategies in working with the target audience - physicians and cosmetologists;
- Analysis of the target audience, management of the target audience base - physicians and cosmetologists;
- Contribution to the development of a motivation system and loyalty building of the target audience in cooperation with Category Managers;
- Technical tasks development to produce all advertising and print materials to be used in medical marketing promotion; Supervision of the entire process starting from a layout to a ready-made solution;
- Organization of the participation target audience representatives in the exhibitions and conferences held by partners;
- Organization of the local events for the target audience, including content preparation, guest list and the event itself;
- Analysis of the effectiveness all activities conducted;
- Budget planning, execution and reporting within the area of ​​responsibility.

- Higher professional education - marketing, medical (desirable);
- Experience in medical marketing is required, experience with dermo-cosmetic brands is desirable;
- Ability to develop and maintain relationship with core audience – medical professionals (expertise in this area and a network of contacts);
- Experience in organizing of medical events of various formats;
- Abilities to conduct market analysis and market research;
- Understanding of the specifics and restriction of ethical medical marketing;
- Multitasking;
- Good negotiation and presentation skills;
- Knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages;
- Confident MS Office user;
- Analytical mindset, ability to work in a team.
