Responsibilities:
- Support in developing and implementing action plans for organizational
development and provides them with technical assistances and facilitates some training sessions as well.
- Develop action plans for the organization development.
- Develop learning activities, audio-visual materials, instructor guides and lesson plans.
- Works on building the competitive corporate culture in the Organization.

- Other tasks, related duties and responsibilities as assigned by his/her immediate supervisor.
- Design and conduct needs assessment and gap analysis with business leaders to identify additional organizational development needs as appropriate; assesses the need to support new and/or evolving organizational requirements with the goal to enhance the effectiveness of leaders and teams, increase organizational capacity and accelerate business progress on strategic initiatives.
- Assess capabilities, facilitate discussions and provide coaching to senior leaders on major change initiatives that are company-wide projects and/or system implementations.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and benchmark data in order to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of organization development solutions and processes.

Job Requirements:
- University degree or relevant equivalent experience in General Management,
- Businesses Administration or another related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in business improvement/change management or related field
- Sound knowledge and experience in developing and implementing organizational change, continuous improvement and employee engagement initiatives
- Previous experience in logistics is a plus
- Demonstrated proficiency in Azerbaijani and Russian languages, English language is a plus
- Advanced computer skills (especially MS Excel)
- Ability to work independently
- Sound consultation, negotiation and problem-solving skills
