Responsibilities:
- Payroll calculation. Enter data into payroll systems (i.e. process new hires and departures, update employee information, vacations, absences, leaves, etc)
- Ensure orderly maintenance of all payroll records and reports
-Respond to requests for verifications
- Administer payroll control procedures
- Process special payments as requested (bonus, salary increase, adjustments, etc.)
- Provide clerical support to Finance department when needed
- Be familiar with current tax and payroll regulations
- Perform reporting and special projects as requested by Director of Finance
- Must be familiar with payroll and relevant local labor law

Requirement:
- Experience managing full cycle payroll
- Knowledge of legislation
- Proven ability to work with confidential and sensitive information
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical and financial skills
- Ability to effectively interact with all levels within the company
- Russian and English language knowledge
