İş haqqında

- Arrange and provide briefing and background information to Director for all meetings, internal and external;
- Overseeing day-to-day business activities;
- Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls;
- Plans, coordinates and ensures the Director’s schedule is followed and respected;
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments;
- Delegating task/giving instructions to employees on behalf of the Director (via email or verbally);
- Manages and prepares documents including meeting agendas, presentation materials, and recap meeting notes;
- Review and control all documents prior to presenting to the Director’s signature and attention;
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
- Conducting or preparing any specific projects and research that the Director may require;
- Managing databases and filing systems;
- Reminding the Director of important tasks and deadlines;
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation;
- Maintains standards of strict confidentiality with respect to all matters and documents;
- Complete other administrative duties.

Education, Experience and Skills Required:
- Bachelor degree;
- Business fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English;
- Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills;
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions and change course of action quickly;
- Strong people skills, including the ability to work effectively with other executives, assistants, and staff at all levels;
- Well-developed time management skills and ability to multitask;
- Ability to be proactive and take the initiative.
