- Maintaining supplies of sales presentation materials, including slides and brochures
- Handle the processing of all requests with accuracy and timelines
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Working with staff members from other departments such as marketing, research/design and financing to optimize sales
- Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Preparing reports required by Management
- Proficiency in: Azerbaijani, English and Russian.
- Experience as a sales person or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus
- Good computer skills (OPERA PMS knowledge will be considered a plus)
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
