Roles and Responsibilities:

As an HR & Wellbeing Intern, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

-Engaging with team members through employee surveys and face-to-face discussions to understand their needs expectations and concerns.

-Designing and implementing different activities based on the findings to enhance employee engagement satisfaction, and wellbeing.

-Organizing teambuilding events around special holidays, birthdays, and annual staff retreat

-Organizing regular (weekly) team outings.

Requirements:

-Pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Organizational Behaviour, or related fields. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Azerbaijani and English.

-Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds.

-Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
