SOCAR is looking for an Administrative assistant/translator/content developer
Main job responsibilities:
To work with internal project managers; To plan and develop PPT contents, responsible for all content editing;
Reading the original document and translating it one language to another;
Systematization of internal and external documentation;
Compilation and preparation of documents sent by the Coordination Office to external organizations;
Planning and organization of meetings;
Appointment and management of Coordination Office meetings and online calendar meetings.
Job reguirements:
Higher education (Bachelor's or Master's degree in in a related field);
At least 3 years of related experience;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Power Point:
Experience in presentations preparation;
Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English: Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
Time management and organizational skills; Strong work ethics, problem solving
